At TryTalki, we want you to be completely satisfied with your experience. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds on eligible products and services within 30 days of the purchase date. To qualify, the item or service must:

  • Be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging (if applicable).

  • Have proof of purchase (e.g. receipt or order number).

Digital products or downloadable content may only be refunded if no access or download has occurred.

2. How to Request a Refund

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for refund

Once we receive your request, we’ll review it and notify you of the status within 3–5 business days.

3. Approved Refunds

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your bank or card issuer it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@trytalki.com.

5. Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same product, email us at support@trytalki.com.

6. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Gift cards or discount codes

  • Downloaded digital products

  • Items purchased on final sale or clearance
